o Whom It May Concern, On April 2, 2026, I had an appointment scheduled with Pearle Vision in Westlake, but due to heavy traffic, I called to let them know I would be late. Unfortunately, I was told I would need to reschedule. My son suggested that we stop by Westgate Optometry instead. I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I make an appointment for an eye exam and when I show up for my appointment they claim that it's mandatory that I get some RI done. This is not prescribed by a doctor and for some reason isn't included on my insurance. They waited until I showed up for my appointment to tell me all this, instead of when I made the appointment. What a scam!
Everyone there is really nice and my appointment started on time. I was in and out. They also had a great deal on glasses and ended up purchasing two pairs.
Dr. Sipple diagnosed, answered my questions, and put me at ease!
