I've been a patient of Richard Dallalana for over 3 years i can not rate him highly enough as well as Meg the receptionist...from day 1 she has been so helpful and professional very friendly also easy to communicate a fantastic lady 5 out of 5 I highly recommend to anyone a big thankyou for a great experience
At first the interactions with the receptionist were pleasant however as time went on I had to make all the phone calls to find out what was happening with my case. After nearly 3 months and one scan I still was left without a diagnosis or decision on my case. Each time I spoke with the receptionist she was extremely rude and dismissive. Hi Dr Richard Dallalana.Rang your office last Friday afternoon left a message. I recently had surgery on my AC and I highly recommend Mr Dallalana. He is a genuine, caring person who always has your best interests in mind, and an exceptional surgeon. From my initial dealings with Megan, who consistently kept me informed, to my final post-op appointment with Richard, the level of care was outstanding. I cannot thank them enough.
