Hi Dr Richard Dallalana.Rang your office last Friday afternoon left a message. I recently had surgery on my AC and I highly recommend Mr Dallalana. He is a genuine, caring person who always has your best interests in mind, and an exceptional surgeon. From my initial dealings with Megan, who consistently kept me informed, to my final post-op appointment with Richard, the level of care was outstanding. I cannot thank them enough.
I have just attended my final post opp appointment following a full shoulder replacement with Richard and could not be happier with the results. From the very first phone call with Meg through the consultation and treatment plan to surgery and now recovery ….. five star all the way. Richard, Meg and the team offer professional yet friendly service that I cannot fault. Rude receptionst
Unfortunately have not had a good experience here at this clinic. I'll keep it short but receptionist needs to go..Rude, lazy and condescending.Richard performed surgery on my shoulder last year and so still recovering, seems to be healing okay so far.
