I have just attended my final post opp appointment following a full shoulder replacement with Richard and could not be happier with the results. From the very first phone call with Meg through the consultation and treatment plan to surgery and now recovery ….. five star all the way. Richard, Meg and the team offer professional yet friendly service that I cannot fault. Rude receptionst
Unfortunately have not had a good experience here at this clinic. I'll keep it short but receptionist needs to go..Rude, lazy and condescending.Richard performed surgery on my shoulder last year and so still recovering, seems to be healing okay so far.
When I called to make inquiries and book an appointment, the lady that spoke was rude, impatient and lacking compassion. Given the pain and stress I was already under from my injury, I hoped that calling to have my questions answered and book an appointment would be encouraging and reassuring that I was taking a step closer to a solution. And despite being able to book the appointment, the whole interaction left me feeling lost, unheard, and questioning if I had done something wrong.
