Immediately I met Richard I knew he was the surgeon I would choose to repair my rotator cuff. He was professional, thorough & understanding. Richard clearly explained my options & described the surgery & recovery process including pain & time to full recovery. Meg, Richard's EA/receptionist, was friendly, knowledgeable & efficient as she guided me through the logistics before & post surgery. I expect to be needing their help in the future & will look forward to their continuing care.

After a traumatic fall whilst overseas we were seen, assessed and had a plan of care extremely quickly. Richard’s PA was so kind and efficient, organising scans and appointments. Richard was clear and thorough in his explanations of the injury and treatment plan. Very grateful for the care received by both of them.
Dr Richard Dallalana agreed to take on my complex elbow case that required reconstruction after an initial surgery by another highly regarded practitioner. Throughout the long process, Dr Dallalana clearly communicated the risks, the potential outcomes and kept me up to date at all times. His Practice Manager handled organising the procedures, scans and appointments in an extremely friendly and efficient manner. My medical outcomes have exceeded all possible expectations.
I work in the industry and it was interesting to be on the receiving end for once. Every single step of the process was perfect- initial assessment, outlining options, his practice manager finding a date to fit with my commitments, Richard explaining what was done both while i was in hospital and on post op review.
