Dr. Richard Miller is the best Pediatrician I have ever met, he has provided medical care for my kids for 15 yrs. He is caring and very knowledgeable, he listens to parents’ concerns and explains options of treatment, if needed. I would give him 10 stars. The reviews should be based solely on people’s interaction with the Dr.

Been there three times to get med refills for my son and here I am being told one script can't be filled because they never completed a prior authorization. Pharmacy said they called 4 times with no answer or reply. I've called twice today with same results. Now they want him in again to do labs. How many times do you need to see him before we fulfill the initial request I had on day?
Dr. Richard Miller is a great doctor for my kids but his staff is horrible and they stay with attitudes. I wish his original staff was still there. After 13 plus years with him I’m changing doctors because it’s horrible there and my kids health is more important than the relationship I have with him
