I would not recommend this office if you have small chidren in need of dental care. My 5 year old great nephew had several teeth pulled today, but not the one that was actually hurting him. He was sedated, and after the teeth extractions, he was allowed to walk out of the office without a prescription for pain or any after care instructions for his parents. If I could give you less than 0 I would. My 5 year old grandson was taken to your office and the amount of blood and pain you allowed him to leave your office with should be grounds for malpractice. I hope you never see him again because the pain that you caused and allowed him to go home is mortifying to me. I give you——————0 infinity!!!
They do not look out for patients pain after surgeries, they will give you medication that doesn’t help , deny giving you medication that helps. Then ask you to come in for a $400 injection. Total scammers if you ask me. Do not recommend them at all.
Negative stars! One of the most unprofessional medical office experiences I’ve ever had. Staff spoke rudely, handled intake with zero discretion, and discussed private information loudly in the waiting room. After more than an hour of waiting, we were never seen, and the front desk continued to mishandle the situation instead of offering any real help. I will not return and cannot recommend this practice to anyone seeking respectful, competent care.
I am writing this on behalf of my 92 year old mother who was referred to Dr. Cordero for removal of a dental implant that had come loose. I accompanied her to both the assessment appointment and the appointment for the removal of the implant. Dr. Cordero and his staff were outstanding.
