Dr Choi had his medical license reprimanded in the state of MA for innapropriate behavior. If you google it you can see the whole story. That is why he does surgeries in NH. He did an elbow surgery for me and now my problem is worse—he told me 6-8 weeks for recovery, the new Drs i am seeing all say it can take up to a year, blatant lie from dr choi.
