There isn’t another pediatrician I would take my kids to. I have a 1.5 year old and a 2 week old and he is exceptional. He is very thorough with his wellness checks, never fails to dive in and explore all avenues of what could be causing an ailment, always follows up with test/lab results, always calls in prescriptions on time, is more than generous with any samples needed, AMAZING with the kids-especially my rowdy toddler, very kind and reassuring demeanor while asserting the clear point whether it be a route of testing or ... read more
Dr. Reno is an amazing doctor and goes above and beyond what he has to, to help his patient's. My son and daughter both see him and they get so excited to go to the doctor's office. My son was constantly sick as a baby and had viral infections constantly that our other pediatrician just played off. Once I had my daughter when my son was 2 1/2, we switched over to Dr. Reno and it was the best decision ever, as he finally diagnosed my son with Asthma and ever since my son is doing extremely better
I take my grandchildren to Dr Reno. They love him and the attention he pays to them. He not only listens to what I have to say to him but he talks to them and listens to what they tell him which is very important in creating a trusting relationship early between patient and doctor.
I can not say enough nice things about doctor Reno. Even on his days off calling and checking on my daughter to make sure she was ok coming in on the weekend to see her when she was really ill. Wish there was. 1000 star rating he deserves it! We just love him.
What a shame I never got past your rude staff! When they called to reschedule the date, they neglected to tell me they moved the time up one hour. No one ever called to reconfirm the appointment & when I got there, thinking I was only 10 minutes late due to horrendous traffic (1.25 hours to get there from SRB), three of the front desk staff abruptly told me that I should have been there over an hour ago and that they are not the ones who messed up the appointment time, I was! We left....
This physician demonstrates exemplary patient care; his investment in patients is evident. I will enthusiastically recommend him to anyone.
