My mom absolutely LOVES Dr. Raczka, "He is an amazing Doctor and human", however she has had a significant issue with the front desk staff. They've hung up on her, they lag in helping get her authorizations she needs for her multiple other health issues, and they're just very unprofessional. My mom has had to get quite stern trying to fight for her authorizations, etc. over the phone because at this point they are holding up her care. I absolutely love this physician he’s patient friendly and listens to you. He’s outstanding at the cortisone injections my knees have never felt better. He knows exactly where to place the medication. It’s a pinch and it’s done. I’d recommend him to family and friends. He explains what he’s doing before and as he’s doing it. Explains the X-rays and other exams done.

I’ve been there before and the doctor was excellent when he injected my finger and the pain went away as of now i don’t have it. And now i’ve been trying to get a second opinion and appointment with him also for my carpal tunnel appointment but it seems so ridiculous that the girls don’t get back to you nor by text or by phone no one answers the phones. And they leave you in the air by text that’s what happen to me my bad experience
