Surgery went good, staff was very friendly. My extreme low rating is based on the fact that the tech that does the adjustments for LAL lenses was knowingly going out on maternity leave with no plan to keep appointments. My adjustments for September have been pushed out till November. There was no back up plan in place. Very poor planning and consideration to customers needs. I would not recommend them to anyone.
