Dr cook seemed nice. He was kind and helpful. His office staff did not call me to schedule my follow up. Needed a referral for my follow up when I was an established patient (my insurance didn't need it but he did) on hold forever, got my pharmacy wrong,. Never will set foot into his overly fancy office ever again. My new dr is super nice.

There aren't enough words to describe my disdain for this doctor. My 90 year old father saw him recently and there was no follow up, no communication and he basically just tossed him aside. I will do any review I can to tell people that this guy is horrible. I hope that when he is in need of a doctor when he's older that he gets treated like he did my father.
