What an awful experience. He was rude and condescending. I will never go back there. Just terrible.

One of the most knowledgeable and compassionate doctors I've been to. I've been going to him for about 20 years with various digestive issues, the most recent being Crohn's Disease. Most important: He listens and discusses options.

Our review is on behalf of Dr. Truesdale's assistant, Robyn Carlisle, ARNP. We arrived at their offices with great concern several days after spending a day in the emergency room of The Villages Regional Hospital due to severe abdominal pain. Ms. Carlisle immediately set me at ease and she took the time for my complete medical history. At no time did we feel rushed as we have before with other doctors. We left Dr. Truesdale's office with sound advice and I'm feeling much better now.

This doctor and all of the office are rude and lack compassion. They turned away a handicapped patient in emergency need of her formula which is her only way of getting nutrition. They did this after agreeing to see her then called back and said they decided not to take her as a patient without giving a reason. You are despicable and you should ALL be ashamed of yourselves and we will NEVER refer another patient to you.

I was rushed to the ER with a bleeding ulcer, Dr Truesdale was called in and within 45 minutes had me in the OR taking care of my problem. Staff was very courteous. Scheduled a follow up appointment right then to check on me.
