They never answer I don't know how they are possibly in business. Receptionist leaves you on hold until you hang up. I've tried scheduling and gave up This customer service is insane!!
They never answer their phones, nor send your required documentation to the places it needs to go. I literally called for an hour every day for a week and only got through on Friday, at which point they said they would send my paperwork, but then proceeded to not send it for multiple months. I say multiple months because I've effectively given up on getting my paperwork.
I had an initial phone appointment with this doctor regarding some memory issues I was having. He order a series of tests, including an EEG and an MRI. I have completed the tests and an assessment with another doctor. I have been calling this office for a month to get the results of the EEC and MRI. No one answers the phone. I have been leaving messages with the answering service. I am VERY frustrated. I need to get my results!! Ultimamente uno les llama y no contestan o si no lo ponen en espera y al cabo de 30 a 45mts. Le cuelgan a uno cono hoy llame 4 veces espere y me colgaron la llamada. Hasta q al final contesto alguien con nombre sthephanie y mera fria ni disculpas pidio por el actitus de la oficina a sus pacientes. Dejan mucho q desear el nuevo team de la clinica
The worst medical office ever! They are always changing out doctors. Good luck on seeing the same doctor twice, they are like three months behind on everything. I can't believe this is PIH! Very disappointing!!! PIH / "Bright Health" is headed down hill fast! They are NEVER in the office!!!!
