Front desk person was friendly and was quickly able to confirm my appt. and updated my chart easily. Wait time was remarkably brief. Genesis (MA) escorted me back and she was totally professional as well as having a lovely demeanor. Your assistant (sorry can recall her name) was also very professional and did a great job of injecting local anesthesia totally painlessly.
