As someone who has always struggled with doctors, finding Dr. Hines has been a life saver. He takes his time and is quite thorough with both listening to what you have to say and explaining anything you might have questions about. And he is always so kind and friendly. Highly recommend!
Feel like this guy is in it for the money and not to help people. After not going in for over a year I was told I'd be treated as a new patient and was told one day later that I wouldn't be accepted as new patient. Total dbag move, they also have no price transparency and probably use insurance based discrimination to chose patients
The doctor might be amazing … if you get to see him. We moved to Lafayette a year ago and it was time for me to find a primary care physician. I have history of headaches and needed some labs. I was very surprised that for my first appointment ever, I got to see the NP. I couldn’t believe during the entire appointment that I am not seeing the doctor.
