This review is a long time coming. I don’t like to do reviews but he is worth it. I love Dr. Beyerlein. He delivered both of my girls. He is an amazing doctor. Being a person of color, I sometimes worry about not getting the care I need. But I did my research and when I met Dr. Beyerlein, my worries were washed away. He listens. Secretly tested my urine for pot then used that as an excuse not to give me the same treatment as other women. Did not give me more than one ultrasound or estimate the weight, for example, and I was 38. Not to mention the damage to the trust and to our relationship especially when I came to them for his recommended good bedside manner. I had my first visit with Dr. Beyerlein yesterday. I have been hesitant to bring up my health issues with doctors because of the dismissive attitude I have gotten in the past. (Typically, well that's just something you have to live with.) I experienced the complete opposite with Dr. Beyerlein. He listened to me, didn't interrupt me, answered my questions and treated me like someone who actually has a brain in her head. I left the office feeling validated. I've been with Dr. Beyerlein since 1994. He's the BEST and delivered our children #4 & #5. I can't sing his praises enough!! Here's a photo of Dr. Beyerlein with kid #4 who's now a 3rd year medical student herself as I write this in spring 2025.
