I was disappointed with my experience trying to make an appointment with Dr. Rastogi. Despite hearing good things about their care, they aren’t accepting new patients until the new year, and I was simply told to “call back then.” There was no waitlist option, no effort to help find interim support, and it felt like the office staff was dismissive. I was super lucky to get an early appointment due to a cancellation. It can be difficult getting through the phone, but it was a smooth process when I visited in person. The receptionist was friendly, and Dr Richa is super lovely, kind and knowledgeable. I rang a few places beforehand and I’m happy with Dr Richa.

Hi all I made an appointment to see Dr Richa unfortunately her phone always on answering machine 5 days a week during business hours!! After all if you make contact you'll get a rude & selfish secretary to deal with!! With that attitude she asks $500 for doctor visit!! Bad bad business.
