What I want to know is how do I get my kids shot records?? I've been trying for about 2 years. I was going to take them for a physical for school as I always had and out of no where found out he no longer has that office, did some more research found out he was suspended. I never had an issue with Dr Perez he was great with my kids. However I tried calling and they said they were taking his patients but do not have access to the shot records? I’d been a patient for many years and I was quite disappointed when Dr. Perez switched to the medical group. He was a doctor for my babies, myself and my Husband. Great bedside manner. The level of service was excellent. I searched everywhere to find his license was suspended and now he’s on probation. I don’t care because I’d trust him with my life. He has always given me the best medical advice and never had an issue with him writing prescriptions. He knew his patients and it’s hard to believe he’d risk his practice. What ... read more
Where the doctor go????? Looking for him. Nobody answering the phone.
What the heck happen to the best doctor? The office didn't bother to notify the patients that he is no longer there! (This happened 5 months ago) He should have stayed private! And then the office acts like they don't know anything. And trying to get an appt with the new doctor would have taken months. Another patient of his told me the new Dr. that took over for him is a real b!tch! Left me scattering & searching for someone I'm comfortable with. When he comes back I will be coming back 100%!
I would really like to no what happened to doc Perez that he's no longer at that office and then they don't tell you nothing about it and now you're out searching for a new doctor
