RED FLAGS ALL OVER warning. For months, this office did not submit my insurance claims. I was asked to pay $300 in cash and was refused a receipt or any explanation. I was given incorrect lab results over the phone, which is alarming as a high-risk patient. During a visit, a staff member (Odelia) came from behind the desk and grabbed medical records out of my hands without my consent. Serious warning to patients—especially women and high-risk cases. For months, this office did not submit my insurance claims. At the same time, I was asked to pay $300 in cash and was repeatedly refused a receipt or any written explanation of the charge. I was also given incorrect lab information over the phone.
