Had a consultation for a chest surgery only to be accused of taking steroids by Dr. Castrellon. I brushed it off because it was something I needed done due to pain. After the consultation, I got my insurance paperwork together to cover the procedure and sent it in to the office only to be ignored week after week. After a month of getting nowhere with them I found a more competent surgeon and office who actually treat me like a person. If I could put negative stars on this review I would. I am 4.5 months post tummy tuck surgery and feeling great. The doctor and his team really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Hoping to be able to do the next surgery with the same group. Great results
takes forever, here’s almost 2 hours after my appt. time before i even talked to a doctor. (there was nobody in the waiting room from the time i arrived to the time i left)
