Dr Franco is one of the smartest physicians out there. Her care and compassion are hard to match. She has done 2 of my own anesthetics and did well each time. The idiots that wrote about her billing practices should be ashamed of themselves. She has a very reputable company doing her billing. All billing is controller by the insurance company not the doctor. Im sure the idiot claiming “fraud” has never heard of a co-pay or a deductible.
