This doctor’s staff at MUSC is rude and culturally insensitive to African American. They don’t follow up in a timely manner. The hold time is horrendous. Office manager Faye spoke to 70 year old patient as if she were a child. Please find another office.

While I share the sentiments of the office staff that some of these reviews have (I had to reschedule my mom's appointment as her diabetic gastroparesis was flaring up, and took three weeks for them to ever get back to me), my review is solely on the doctor. I will say Dr. Aridi is a very kind and helpful doctor who really took the time to address issues. My mom went in due to an ER referral for thyroid issues, but was happy to take the time to also discuss my mom's diabetes as I was very concerned about that. She was very t... read more

As a patient that has been newly diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder it has been a disheartening experience to try to make an appointment with an endocrinologist for the first time with their receptionist who never wants to answer or return my calls. If I do not receive a phone call by the end of this week I am going to make an appointment elsewhere.
