Lonestar Diagnostics organization is ridiculous and extremely unorganized when dealing with workman’s comp as the authorizations and scheduling are done by third parties. It took calling for an entire day to try and confirm they received the approval from our adjuster via email that I was cc’d on. The authorization was sent at 9am and by 3:30pm, they still claimed they didn’t receive it so I personally forwarded it to them. Very thorough, caring with a very professional staff. I plan on keeping them as my primary care. I am very greatful to have him and his team on my side!
Worst Dr office and staff I have dealt with. I had met my out of pocket maximum and was scheduled to get a desperately needed test to see if I had Parkinson’s. My appointment is in the morning at 8 am and they just told me I would have to pay $100 copay because my referral ran out last week, but they didn’t tell me. Now I can’t afford the procedure and they said there isn’t enough time to get a referral. Shame on you Dr. Tadia.
