I am a patient of this doctor who i believe is an excellent doctor. His staff however is sub par, bordering on incompetent. There have been several times that I've had issues with my test results and medication. This recent issue was about my medication not having the refills we talked about nor having the actual medications. I have sciatica and I am working with a chiropractor along with strengthening my core and stretching, but I need the medication to help eleviate some of the pain. The three star is just for doctor riaz he is good informative..staff members are not efficient especially who work with insurance part like sending preauthorization .I had a worse experience with Stephanie..I been calling from past 16 days to send a preauthorization and if send rmail to there website the lady took 6dayzs to respond that to like yelling at me...but she never turn to my request ..waiting time is really bad ...better u go to an any other place than this worst facility .
Very disappointing and highly unprofessional experience at Dr. Riaz Haque’s clinic. We came for my parents’ check-up, completed all forms, and waited while the PA did basic checks. After that, we were made to wait for almost two hours, and then told the doctor had already left. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect for patients’ time. Definitely not recommended.
