Cold and rude. Hardly spoke to me. Forced me to have epiderals even after they never helped. Her nurse Kelly threaten to kick me out of the office for refusing yet another shot.
I was referred to this office by a surgeon .. I received a phone call by the office staff trying to schedule me for a spine injection when I had not even met the doctor yet.. when I pushed back and said that I had a fear of injections , the lady on the phone marked my chart as I was refusing the injection treatment..which I had only said that I was scared and wanted to meet with a doctor first. and then later I receive a phone call stating that I was not a "good match" for the practice.. the staff was utterly rude and uncari... read more
Cold and uncaring. Always late. Her assisted Kelly McDowell forces me to have injection both by herself and Dr. Miller if I want to get my 60 pain pills a month. Kelly threaten to stop my medication and let me go into withdrawal if I did not agree to trigger point injections from her.
There were times I just wanted to give up ! Then I met an Angel! Godblessed me with her as my doctor.She's a great doctor! Heck with this 1to 5 stars. She's a perfect 10 all in all departments.
I would give her a million stars if I could because she is the best. I was referred to her back in 2006 and she has been taking care of me ever since. She actually cares about my health and taking care of my pain. She knows who my doctors are, my health conditions and my medications and I'll just say she is more than my doctor, she is my physician. It takes a doctor to see you but a physician to take care of you and her staff is the best in their field and also the best in customer service.
Terrible doctor. I would neverrecommend her to anyone. Cold and uncaring.
Avoid this doctor. She only cares about doing injections. She is always late. Terrible bed side manner.
Nice office and nice/friendly staff. The doctor however seemed disinterested in me and my issues. She was cold, never examined me and seemed to be in a hurry to get out if the room. She seemed to make all her treatment decisions based on the MRI as she hardly talked to me and never even laid a hand on me.
Dr. Miller is great. She is a super sweet lady and is just an awesome doctor. I was referred to her by my primary care doctor to treat my lower back pain about 6 months ago. Since seeing her my pain level has decreased dramastically and I am finally on the road to a pain free life.
