I had a horrible experience at this office recently. It started with a couple minor frustrations. Like putting their couches over the comfort of their clients by asking my little kid to not put his feet on the couch. This is a doctor office waiting room, not your living room, if your couch is fragile enough that a small child can't get comfortable it shouldn't be in a public place. Then their card reader couldn't run my HSA card. Apparently "it happens all the time with HSA cards" and "its probably a problem with (my) card".... read more
