Dr. Babilah is a great doctor, and I want to make that very clear. Some of the front desk staff have also been pleasant and helpful over the years. Unfortunately, the poor management, lack of communication, and ongoing issues with the office staff have completely overshadowed the quality of care Dr. Babilah provides. My entire family has been coming to this office since around 2010, possibly even before the current office manager, Monique, began working there. Dr. Babilah and Nurse Lynn provide exceptional care, demonstrating remarkable patience and attentiveness to all your concerns. You do not feel rushed during your visit! The office staff has improved; they are more professional now.
I've been put on hold by his staff for 60 minutes and counting. She hasn't gotten back to me yet. Dr. Babilah is an awesome doctor except for his staff that creates this kind of unhealthy situation.
