Dr. Haydon himself was great. I would give him 5 stars all day long. The reason for my review is the billing department. I have called them 7 times in 3 weeks to get my claim switched. The only result I've received is the run around. They are now transferring me to a department that only is an automated system. One of the billing agents told me there's no reason they should have filed my claim as an outpatient instead of a specialist claim. That mistake is now costing me $700 plus dollars. I describe Rex Haydon as an outstanding physician. For me, "physician" sets him on a higher plane than "doctor". His expertise exceeds mastery of the MD vocabulary. He was exquisitely attentive to my verbal and physical "presentation". He affirmed my internist's opinion and suggested an MRI as the best way to rule out malignancy. A week later, immediately after the MRI, my concerns evaporated. He showed me the MRI and explained exactly what he saw in a way that I could understand.
