Receptionist is very rude. She doesn't call people back and when she does she is extremely unprofessional.
Not sure how this lady has stayed at the front desk for years. She is argumentative and so quick to say no.
I wonder if i had chosen a different dr for my husband when covid got him would he be alive today? I will stop wondering cause ill never have an answer but will change the family dr. There is so much help my daughter missed bacause the dictir didnt think to perscribe im s mom not s doctor i font know what my daughter needs or whats available i learn as i go and its not fair hopefully this new dr. Can fill us in land presrcribe treatments for my daughter.
Went in with my son for his appointment and said hi I’m here with my son for his appointment. The secretary said, “no you’re not, at least not here.” I looked at her confused thinking I had the wrong suite. She asked my son’s name, I gave it to her and then she said, “oh yes here he is.” I’m not sure if she’s rude or just on the slower side. After 40 min of waiting for the md to see us, I decided to leave because what even was that. Changed doctors immediately.
Great doctor. Would definitely recommend. Edit- 5 years later and I still love Dr. Gaskins. So knowledgeable and listens to all of my concerns.
