It is difficult to be placing a family member in hospice, however the staff at Acosta-Rua not only showed compassion in care for my father, but also went above and beyond to make sure my needs were being met as I stayed by his side. They made sure my father was never in pain and helped to ease the transition from this world for all of us. I was surprised and touched, that 2 weeks after my father passed, they contacted me to check in and see how I was managing. This is truly care for the patient and family.
