I cannot put into words how much Dr Retief has changed my life for the better, but I will try. Dr Retief and staff are amazing. When you start working with this team you get a complete approach to your pain management. Not only do you get pain injections you get a full program with information on chronic pain and what you as the patient can do to help increase the effectiveness of the pain treatment. I recommend anyone who want to take control of their chronic pain to go see Dr. Retief and investigate the programs offered at PainScape.

My husband attended an appointment where a treatment was discussed, including the cost, which was quite expensive. When the clinic later called to schedule the treatment, the individual who contacted him advised that it would be covered under our medical/extended health benefits. Relying on that information, we proceeded and paid the full amount upfront. We have since learned that the treatment is not covered. This raises serious concerns for us. Spent a day trying to get a hold of them then had my docter send all info then over a week of calling texting and emailing dailey never one reply another week in pain for no reason other then a complete fool running a private clinic
