The front desk receptionist is very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, an experience with Dr. Renna was not as positive. I felt that my questions were not fully addressed, and the appointment felt rushed. I would have appreciated more explanation and a more patient, respectful tone—without sarcasm or coldness.
I wish I could Put zero stars. I have no idea why is she even working probably to pay for the student loan. I went there because of my insurance. First appointment was after 4 weeks and I have already informed the receptionist that the filling has fallen off partially. I went there and she just did x-ray and literally said that she has to do deep cleaning otherwise the filling will not stick and when I asked if she will do it now she said IT TAKES 1 HOUR IT IS NOT 5 MINUTES WORK. Highly recommend Dr. Renna Nakhamis to anyone considering dental implants. I had several dental implants done, and the results look incredibly natural. No one can tell they aren't my real teeth. What I appreciated the most was her responsible and thoughtful approach.
