I agree with Sallie's post. Every time we called for an appointment, we were worked in that day. Everyone is very respectful and professional each time we are there or call in. Dr. Waters has been there for every well check for us. Our son saw the nurse practitioner once, which was on a busy day for them and after they worked us in. She was very nice, caring, patient and knowledgeable. I feel bad about the experience the other patient had 3 years ago, but our experience with this doctor and office staff has been wonderful. I highly recommend Dr. Waters. We love seeing her including her office staff. They have worked us in numerous of times when I needed an appointment at the last minute. We have visited the office a lot in the last 10 months because my daughter almost always has an ear infection. They have always been willing to spend time with us to ensure that all of my questions and concerns are addressed. I noticed in a previous review the lady was upset about not seeing Dr. Waters. Highly would NOT reccomend this doctor. First of all, she is never in the office....you have to see the nurse practioner. I called the after hours line, when my son had a 104.5 fever, and she took over an hour to call back ((after i called twice asking why i havent recieved a call back)).....When you do see Dr Waters, she is very dismissive, doesn't spend enough time in the room with you....and doesnt explain things.
