They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
