The worst clinic I ever been, 1 hours waiting after the appointment time. All the people coming after me all go ahead of me. They don’t follow the time of your appointments or first come first serve.

Never have I ever encountered such rude and unprofessional staff. I also work at a PCP office and was calling to request medical records. We had faxed over the patient’s HIPAA medical info release form back in January but never received any records. I asked the receptionist if she could fax over the patient’s record once they had completed the medical record request. She told me that they are very busy and told me to go through the patient’s online portal to get the records myself. I would be fine with doing that if we neede... read more
