Dr. Diamond and staff (shout out Candice, Jonathan, Emma, Michael, Connor, & Bri) are amazing!! Dr. Diamond worked tirelessly to provide my dad with thorough, accurate care. Around the clock she was reviewing labs and test results to provide the best care. She explained procedures with great detail and answered all of our questions. I wish she could be his primary care doctor as well! Very knowledgeable and excellent hospitalist! Highly recommend Mercy in Rogers for the best care!
The other reviews are right. This woman has no bedside manner, she’s rude, condescending and basically says she doesn’t care about patient care. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to her. I pray she never knows what it’s like to live with a chronic illness because she’s terrible at treating others who do.
I wouldn't go to her if I was dying!!!!! She has NO BUSINESS being a Dr!!!! I was in the hospital & she tried to play God with my health!!! I will be going after her job to remove her from being a Dr .
I have never felt more belittled and disregarded in a medical setting than I did at Mercy Hospital. My experience was nothing short of shocking, and I feel compelled to warn others about the appalling treatment I received.
