I have two doctors in my life who I cherish! Dr. Mazzei is one! Always really listening, she is genuine and empathetic, tells it to you straight, and I could go on and on! When my life goes into chaos and I disappear, I always fear I won't be able to see her again. Fortunately that has not been the case!
Dr Mazzei is wonderful. Unfortunately her medical and office staff are not. Do to that reason after 8 years I am switching to a different doctor, as I can no longer take it.
Dr. Mazzei is a Excellent Doctor Has Been Taking Care Of All 3 of My Kids Since They Were Born The Reason She Is Always Busy Is Because You Cant Find a Doctor Who Actually Gives a Damn About You and Your Health She Sits You down and Talks To You Other Doctors are Just Trying to Get You In and Out as Fast as Possible
Dr. Mazzei is great. Her nurse and office staff however are AWFUL! Completely unresponsive, do not respond to calls asking for prescription refills. When contacted they are condescending and defensive. They allow people to be without medication refills for extended periods of time which is completely unethical. I can’t imagine that dr Mazzei (if in the know on all this) would be ok with it. I plan to switch practices due solely to her nurse and office staff. They should all be replaced. THE WORST.
