Dr. Mehta has been my PCP for years. She addresses every concern I have. Gives great referrals for specialists. She knows her stuff and explains things to me in a way that makes sense. ❤️ her!
The first thing out of the receptionist mouth is did you fill out of the paperwork online. They won't schedule an appointment until paperwork is done. At least a 2-month waiting period and get put on a waitlist. Obnoxious. Part of what is wrong with healthcare today.
Dr is nice enough but never seems to be in the office. For some reason the other drs there will not help and see each other’s patients… so that really sucks. I’ve been trying to get an appointment for months. Needs better office staff. The women who answer the phones need to learn manners and how to not speak so condescending to patients. People call you guys who are needing a medical treatment. I think they probably forgot they don’t work in retail..
Agreed with the previous review about terrible care. The wait to see a doctor us 1 hour or longer WITH the appointment! Such a waste of time. I had the appointment with the date and time written by staff. They can’t find it but keep repeating over and over “you don’t have an appointment”. You are incompetent, unreasonable, lacking responsibility and ownership. Plain stupid when keep repeating same thing, like a broken record”. Horrible service!
I have no issues with Dr. Mehta, it honestly has to do with the staff and their professionalism. They need more training on how to handle themselves when they are busy. They will put you on hold while you are mid-sentence, transfer you another person that can help with a request without naming who that person is or the role they play so you are unable call back and ask directly for that person.
