Dr. Booker and his team are amazing! I was a walk-in who needed an emergency fix, and they took care of me that same day without an appointment. I went back for my permanent crown and was treated by Vanessa, who did a fantastic job alongside Dr. Booker. Everyone was professional, caring, and made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend making Royal Lakes your go-to dentist and becoming part of the Royal Lakes family. Thank you guys for taking such great care of me! 🦷
Overall, my daughter and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and caring, and they provided excellent care. The only downside was scheduling by phone. I was left on hold for a while. The call disconnected and I didn’t receive a call back. However, the Office service was outstanding and I will definitely recommend them.
Updated 6.10.26: Wonderful staff, 5 stars, esp. Dream, Shirley, Dr Booker, Van, Vanessa, and Melanie. Please give all the staff a big raise.
