Cancelled my appointment two times i. The same day. Very rude lady doctor. She was pissed that I didn't let them drill most of my molars . She was with a scolding voice saying that outloud, so when I was leaving her employees were cringing. She only sees dollar signs on you, and if you deny her getting the most money out of you BEWARE!
I received an excellent, professional and detailed treatment on my dental issues from Dr. Pham. The staff is very nice and friendly. I’m very happy and thankful for this office’s outstanding service. Highly recommended!
I just left after appt with Dr Rigina Pham 😁 She's amazing.. I've been going to her for over 20 years. And she's very pleasant always and knows just what you need done.. so very experienced. The best always. So very gentle. The front desk is amazing too very kind, professional & caring. I love my dentist. She changed my life and my smile to perfect. I don’t usually leave reviews, but what I experienced at this dental office was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. The front desk staff is extremely rude, dismissive, and clearly has no understanding of patient care or basic courtesy. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude, eye-rolling, and snarky remarks and this wasn’t just a bad day. This seems to be her standard behavior.
