Give me a break! This is the second of two doctors that saw my children for annaul well visits. This is also the second of two doctors that proceeded to give me the childhood obesity lecture IN THE PRESENCE OF MY CHILD! looking for a new Dr. I went for my first appointment and wasn't pleased by his bedside manor however I understand doctors aren't there to be friends, they are paid to help us. I am hopeful that I will not have to find a new doctor and that he will be able to give me the help I need and confidence in his ability to help me. My favorite internist I have seen doctor Chi for over a year and I think she's my favorite doctor. I usually get an appointment in one week and once I am at her office, I never think I wait too long at most 15 minutes. She's the first doctor that i go to that I don't have to wait around forever. She is the BEST!!! I have never met an OB?GYN that I was comfortable with until Dr. Kaplan. I absolutley Love, Love, Love her and all of the girls in her office. I have three children but she only delivered my last son. My experience with OB/GYN's were all sour until her and if I can help it I will never switch. She is informative and patient and she never makes you feel like shes too busy to answer your concerns. I recommend her to anybody looking for a GOOD Dr...
Time Waste + Incompetent Staff I just came back from waiting for over an hour for my 6:30 appointment without seeing Dr. Kaplan. I understand having to wait 20-30mins..but having a new patient wait over an hour and 10mins is absurd! I asked around an hour when my turn would be - the receptionist said next. However, they called another woman before me citing "only an ultrasound room was available". My fiance called to complain and the office manager took me aside to "talk" to me. Definitely recommend! I moved to New Jersey earlier this summer and was pleasantly surprised to find I was pregnant with my first child! After an appointment at a different obstetrician left me feeling neglected, I called Dr. Kaplan. Her and Jen were so wonderful and brought me right in. Being in a new state, learning I was gonna be a mom, and being far from family, they have made this whole experience so amazing. Dr. Kaplan Rocks! I don't know what that other guy is talking about! I Think he reviewed the wrong doctor! She was very attentive! Stayed very late to make sure all of our questions were answered, EXTREMELY concerned for our (my wife's) care, and during our highly complicated, very stressful delivery, she was in control, calm, cool, and supportive. and probably the reason for our successful delivery!

How is this office still open?! Average wait time for a scheduled appointment is an hour (on a good day), operation is super unorganized, you have a better chance getting struck by lightening than receiving a call back to a voicemail and the last two times I visited, I was scheduled to see the doctor and ended up with the nurse practitioner. The final straw was that I took amoxicillian for a dental procedure and ended up with a yeast infection - common for me. They refused to prescribe Diflucan without actually seeing me. My... read more
