She is the BEST!!! I have never met an OB?GYN that I was comfortable with until Dr. Kaplan. I absolutley Love, Love, Love her and all of the girls in her office. I have three children but she only delivered my last son. My experience with OB/GYN's were all sour until her and if I can help it I will never switch. She is informative and patient and she never makes you feel like shes too busy to answer your concerns. I recommend her to anybody looking for a GOOD Dr...
Time Waste + Incompetent Staff I just came back from waiting for over an hour for my 6:30 appointment without seeing Dr. Kaplan. I understand having to wait 20-30mins..but having a new patient wait over an hour and 10mins is absurd! I asked around an hour when my turn would be - the receptionist said next. However, they called another woman before me citing "only an ultrasound room was available". My fiance called to complain and the office manager took me aside to "talk" to me. Above the rest I had searched many years for an OB physican that I was comfortable with. Dr. Kaplan is an excellent clinician. She is kind and a great listener. Discussing anything with her is like talking to your best friend. Her right hand woman Jen is great too. They are an excellant team.
One of the few exemplary practices My rating reflects not only Dr. Kaplan's practice but also Jen (Physician Assistant) who exemplifies top-tier healthcare treatment. Great doctor Ob/Gyn - Chatham, NJ This is an excellent doctor and she is a woderful person. She answer all questions even "stupid" ones with such a patience. Dr. Kaplan Rocks! I don't know what that other guy is talking about! I Think he reviewed the wrong doctor! She was very attentive! Stayed very late to make sure all of our questions were answered, EXTREMELY concerned for our (my wife's) care, and during our highly complicated, very stressful delivery, she was in control, calm, cool, and supportive. and probably the reason for our successful delivery!

How is this office still open?! Average wait time for a scheduled appointment is an hour (on a good day), operation is super unorganized, you have a better chance getting struck by lightening than receiving a call back to a voicemail and the last two times I visited, I was scheduled to see the doctor and ended up with the nurse practitioner. The final straw was that I took amoxicillian for a dental procedure and ended up with a yeast infection - common for me. They refused to prescribe Diflucan without actually seeing me. My... read more
Run away Run Away fast Run away Run Away fast! I am not sure how she gets good reviews here and bad ones other places but I have to chime in. I have known 4 patients that used her for about a year and all changed because of terrible service. We used her because of a friend and working in NY not having to travel to a DR 30 min away from our house was convenient but in the end it wasn't.
