Her office wrote a prescription for my daughter without writing dates that my daughter missed to catch at the time. Called the doctor and she is saying the doctor who checked her must have forgotten to write (what ??)- and our daughter should come in and pay again to get it checked. She said it is standard for contact lens prescription to expire in a year but no where in her prescription form it is mentioned because she knows it is guidance and not a rule. I was charged 85 dollars for a follow up within 24 hours. No information was shared about it by the doctor office. You would not see follow up rates info anywhere. Didn’t feel right about this unethical practice
