Dr. Reena Gupta has a terrible bedside manner and she needs to be retrained in patient relations. She was very rude and dismissive towards my mother. She spoke down to her and made it seem as though my mother did not have a choice in the matter of her own eyes. She only corrected herself when I spoke up and addressed her statements. She will not be tending to my mother

Because of her, I wake up every day without contact lenses or glasses. For anyone considering lasik surgery, look no further than Dr. Gupta, who is extremely intelligent, confident, and talented.
My husband was supposed to have surgery back in 2020. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with any coordinator (left messages, sent emails, called). After finally getting a date This doctor cancelled my husbands’ surgery because the doctor had a family emergency. Ok we understand, but I wish that was the least of our issues.
