The staff should shower daily and wear clean clothing. The office smelt of Stale Body Oder so bad that it lingered on my clothing after I left. It was definitely from a staff member whom I will not mention in this post.
My visits have been a pleasure with Dr. Lamba. She listens to your concerns does not rush through answering all of your questions. She is kind and cares about you. She follows up with you to make sure you are doing well. She is on time. I needed surgery she recommended Dr. A. which I would recommend as well. Can not go wrong with them same office. My problem is much better after their care. I wish she could be my primary care doctor.
I have been seeing Dr. Lamba since 2018 and she has always been attentive to your concerns, and makes her judgments based on what she feels is needed. If more test have to be done, then lets do it. If we have to try a different medicine, then let’s do it. If I am concerned about the way I feel regarding my issues, she wants to hear them. No 30 minute care with her. Excellent and caring bedside manner.

Dr. Lamba took time to listen. She made me feel very comfortable discussing uncomfortable topics.
As in all business your front staff whom patients talk or speak to need to be attentive and responsive. Upon calling to make appointments 3 times leaving messages no return calls. Not returning and sending calls to VM and not returning tests results calls are letting people who come to get help suffer longer. If your staff is upset in the position they are in than they should not work in your receptionist area.
I was nervous about choosing a new physician as my former one no longer does colonoscopies. I could not have been more pleased. Dr. Lambs was so personable and helpful.
She was very nice ; all the crew there was very nice. Everything was done in a timely manor ; everyone was very friendly but still very professional . Would recommend to friends .
