No one ever and I mean ever call you back when you leave a message. Also no ever answers the phone. Horrible horrible customer service for a doctors office
Let me start with this is such an amazing amazing Doctor unfortunately due to my health insurance, I’m unable to see him, but I will be changing my insurance soon because he is that amazing the injections that he has given me have worked for me and been so helpful he pays attention. He listens to his patients. He does his job professionally and I give him beyond five stars. The staff is not so bad I like them. Very bad experience, What Doctor, Waits To years for medical records, and makes the patient, SUFFER? MY PERSONAL OPINION IS THAT HE PICKS AND CHOOSES. OF COURSE THIS IS MY PERSONAL OPINION. This office is a joke when it comes to patient care. The office clerks that are not medical assistants you can definitely tell they have maybe basic GED education by the language they use when answering your questions. When you call the office it’s always done randomly call center who has no idea of what’s urgent or not or how to access reports before your appointment. If you are trying to get an actual MD have to wait almost 4 to 6 months if your lucky the actual MD will be available for that appointment. As for Dr. Levine ... read more
Dr. Reed Levine is perhaps the most competent pain management physician you will ever encounter. He has a wonderful bedside manner, he’s an excellent surgeon, and most important, he listens and understands how to perceive subtextual clues as to what the problem is and how to treat it effectively.
