When nothing but the BEST will do ! I can honestly say , the past 30 years … couldn’t have made it without, his attention to detail . He checks , double checks and is absolutely one of the more knowledgeable, caring doctors in his field . He is considered one of the BEST IN Atlanta, by peers and patients alike !!!
Stay away! Another USELESS front offic staff. I called to make an appointment with Dr. John (Chip) Reed M.D. after speaking to office staff 4x concerning a referral and records from my primary care doctor I FINALLY got a call for an appointment after 17 days! I was being giving an appointment who I did not recognize? When I asked about Dr. Reed I was casually informed,” Ohhh, he doesn’t see new patient”. A WASTE of 17 days by office retards! Stay away!!!!
Dr chip your the best unfortunately you staff up front are not paying attention to scheduling. My appointment was set up for a provider I never seen before and then I get a notice that it was canceled . The lady on the phone argued with me . . It was scheduled months in advanced . Then I talked to a person on the phone . She wasn’t very nice . Everyone double check !!
Dr. Reed is kind, listens, and is respectful of my concerns. A great doctor and a great person.
