The secretary is rude and nasty. Trying to get a hold of my doctor at the number that always calls me for scheduling appointments and she rose her voice at me and spoke to me like I was stupid, said "you calling too many times and i have my own work to do!" I was referred to Dr Reddy by Dr Sterling for abdominal pain. His advice was to eat more. I had 7 negative test results. He sent me on my no matter how well I explained how bad the pain was. I tried eating more as he suggested and ended up in emergency for a bowel impaction. He never spoke to me but ordered more blood work with the same type of results. He still didn't contact me. He was amazing, kind, soft spoken, explained in detail about my ERP and the Gastroscopies I had to have. I came in as an emergency 911 due to high fever and other problems as I just had a Liver Transplant. I had a Gastro Bleed that needed to be taken care of ASAP. I felt calmed by both Dr. Reddy and his staff in the room. He was absolutely Amazing to me. I give him a 10/10 ⭐️’s
First time there today...very impressed with dr. Reddy and the receptionist..dr. is caring and already have appointments for tests etc.
I am so impressed with Dr. Reddy. He has performed 6 ERCP's on me and has been nothing but kind, caring and respectful . I would personally recommend him! His receptionist has also been helpful and kind.
