Very un proffesional. Did not show up to work and did not call us two different times. My kids missed school on these occasions. Set us up with an appointment for november then sends us a letter in october and says we can not be seen there because we missed our apt. So wait!!! You cause my kids to miss school for nothing because you didnt show up and never called us. Then you mess up our appointments.
