She is very professional . People with huge ego & fake smiles definitely don't gonna like him...but She is A+ in her job. My wife always appreciate her.

Dr. Phan was excellent! She was efficient and kind. I liked her approach and would definitely see her again.
I had a perfectly good experience. I didn't have the experience many of these 1 star reviews describe. I think it might be cultural as I find Asian doctors to be more direct and can come off rude. For ex. she asked me how many kids I have. Which is 0 (why assume I have kids) and again commented about how I haven't had any kids in the long time since I was last at her office. I can take it the wrong way, but just shrugged it off. She was perfectly kind and helped me effectively and efficiently.
