If I could give 0 stars for punctuality I would. I understand doctors usually make you wait, but more than 2 hours is just disrespectful. People have a busy life too and their time is valuable.
I currently am a patient, I love this doctor so much but I don't like how rude the staff is, might change doctors just because of the staff :/
She delivered my doughter,she is perfect at what she goes unfortunately bad stad?
Dr Guerra delivered my son and I have continued to see her since then. Before her I was Dr. Mohamed patient for years. I so happy that my transition to Dr Guerra was seamless and stress free. I have now referred several of my friends and my younger sister will be seeing her for her first pregnancy. Dr Guerra is so attentive and has her patients best interest always.
She has been my doctor for many years and she is a great doctor. She always takes her time with me and she is very friendly.
This doctor did well (but not her nazi like assistant who directed my every move with sudden hand signals)until her office refused to give me some tests results, instead telling me I needed to review them in person with the doctor. They wanted to schedule me in 3 weeks! Unacceptable. When I pressed the issue about how I had a right to know whats in my medical file her rude, and cold assistant called to tell me my tests were normal!! ..an obvious attempt to bill me for an unnecessary office visit!
