Dr. Lacks was very knowledgeable, and came up with a great game plan for treatment! But the outreach was not even close to satisfactory, I was told on multiple occasions I would be called within a certain amount of time and never was. Highly considering moving my surgery somewhere else. The lack of follow through has made me reconsider.
If I could give Dr. Lacks 10 stars I would. I can’t express in words how incredible of a doctor she is. She cares so much about her patients, never brushes off any concerns and makes her patients feel important. She helped me through two back to back higher risk pregnancies and provided compassion and comfort in times of uncertainty. She always says, “let me worry about that.” Anyone who is able to have her as their doctor is truly lucky! I can’t thank her enough for all that she has done for me. <3
Dr. Lacks is an amazing doctor! She makes sure you comfortable and listens to everything you say! She always has an answer and makes sure you leave knowing what to do! She’s been my doctor for both my pregnancy and I will always go back to her.
