I’ve been dealing with the consequences of a life spent outdoors. Dr Kelso and her staff have always been gentle but thorough with the liquid nitrogen sprayer for removing actinic keratosis (pre-cancers). I recommend them.
Dr. Kelso is an excellent physician. She is extremely intelligent, compassionate, and possesses a great deal of common sense. I am a retired orthopedic surgeon, and I truly appreciate “old school” physicians like Dr. Kelso who have plenty of time for their patients; truly a rarity nowadays!

Business response:
I am sorry you were disappointed with your visit. Our billing protocol is as follows: When we are in doubt if a treatment is covered by your insurance we obtain an ABN and collect at time of service. We then file the insurance and, if they pay, we send a refund. Filing primary and secondary insurance is not a duplicate payment. Unfortunately, some treatments require multiple visits. We hope you will reach out to us should you have any further questions.
